The Nickelpede is the "big brother" of the centipede. The nickelpede is a reference to Xanth novels. In Xanth, "They are five times as bad as centipedes, gouging out nickel-sized disks of flesh"[1]. Despite this, the nickelpede only has 2.5 times the difficulty of the centipede and under 4 times as damaging an attack. They are not poisonous to eat but have a high chance of conferring poison resistance.
