• If spellknow() is <=0

Message: You are unable to focus your memory of the spell.

• If spellknow() is <=1000

Message: You focus and reinforce your memory of the spell.

Effect: Spell timeout is increased, and WIS is Exercised

• Else

Message: You know that spell quite well already.
