What monster drops this? I want to find this.

Nothing in particular, unfortunately. It's most likely to be found in tool shops or randomly, though sometimes monsters might death drop them. Some elves (priests and wizards, and possibly some others) always start with an instrument, which has a decent chance of being a tooled horn or a leather drum. -Ion frigate 01:11, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
