This is not generally known. Hack 1.0 and Hack 1.0.1 would give you a treasure zoo on every level if your login name was "david". My pet hypothesis (please do not abuse the word "theory"!) is that "david" is a colleague of Andries Brouwer, creator of Hack 1.0.--Ray Chason 00:22, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
